David Rowland Appointed To Newly-Created Role


SPARK THINKING is delighted to announce the appointment of David Rowland to the position of Senior Event Manager. David will have oversight of project delivery across a range of existing clients’ events and communication activity. In addition, he will form an integral part of business development efforts, helping to explore and refine ideas to find the best, workable solutions.

David brings over 15 years of event experience to our SPARK THINKING, including roles in creative design, event production, account management and logistical support. His work has covered numerous sectors including technology, automotive, consumer goods and telecommunications.

Luke Flett (Global Client Relationship Director) commented: “We have experienced rapid growth over the last 12 months and have had to form new job roles to ensure we continue to exceed client expectations. David brings a diverse skill-set and experience with him that will help connect our different services and ensure our blended and collaborative project delivery approach remains exploratory and full of ideas.”

Whilst David will primarily work on SPARK THINKING projects, his experience and skills will also add value to a number of Ashfield Meetings & Events’ activities.
