With over 200 European Directors gathered in Paris for the European Management Forum of a leading pharma company, we were tasked with helping them roll out their company mission and vision.
With a vision to become market leaders the objective of the meeting was to set a course for the future. The client wanted to communicate the journey, highlighting that that there would be difficulties ahead and a change in the focus of the business and mind-sets away from just making money, to focusing on enhancing the quality of people’s lives.
Our full service event solution included production, design and creative solutions. We provided a Producer to work as a bridge between the production team and client to ensure subject matter was interpreted correctly from the presenters and transformed into engaging and practical content.
The plenary sessions were delivered in a round stage set making the audience feel more deeply engaged. An introductory video set the scene with quotes from great people regarding incredible journeys.
Patients were used on stage to tell their stories and demonstrate the impact of the company’s products on their lives; putting them at the heart of what they were trying to achieve. A closing video showed schoolchildren talking about what the future of healthcare might look like and also incorporated children of attending employees to reinforce the messaging.
As this was played, quotes from the children appeared on the screen in chalkboard style. The video content had been re-used throughout the European operations for cascade purposes as part of the wider change management programme.
