We have partnered with our client for the last decade to help deliver their Global Investment Forum programme.
The forums are anticipated events in the financial services industry. Five forums are held globally throughout the year in Asia, the US and Europe attracting up to 350 investment managers to each.
The forums are high profile events that provide an opportunity to hear thought leadership, in several different innovative formats, to listen to keynote speakers who are experts in their field as well as providing a platform for extensive networking opportunities for delegates with industry peers.
Working in partnership with the client we are on hand at all stages of the event to help them achieve their objectives. We provide a full production service, working with the client to understand all aspects of the brief including set-up and layout of various elements of the agenda through to breakout rooms, open spaces, networking areas with VT and filming of the conference, which is subsequently posted on the client website. Nothing is left to chance.
Another key area in which we assist the client is with the final production of the slide decks. We ensure that the slides are designed and formatted to optimum standards and apply a consistent look and feel.
