What do you do at SPARK Thinking?
I work with our internal teams and clients to ensure that we are taking a step back and considering how we can maximize the full end-to-end attendee experience, leaving no touchpoint to chance, and adding value to enhance the live event journey.
What has been your SPARK Moment?
Having worked across many industry sectors in my career, I’ve taken as many learnings as I could from each and applied innovative ideas from one industry’s event portfolio to another, helping to enhance the customer experience.
Tell us something we don’t know…
I have a real passion for travel and have had a challenge with myself since I was 17 to have always visited more countries in the world than I have years in age, which means I am always keen to explore new places – the architecture, the food, the culture, the people! Having relocated to our US organization recently, I now also have a 50 state challenge. Having various cultural inspirations and influences helps me think of new ideas and experience new things as a ‘customer’, which is great for the day job!
