The Milken Institute London Summit will convene over 900 of Europe’s foremost leaders in business, government, diplomacy, technology, media and philanthropy to discuss and confront the grand challenges and opportunities that lie ahead in a post-Brexit Europe.
The invite-only event includes a mix of moderated panel discussions, exclusive interviews and private industry specific sessions. By bringing together leaders from diverse sectors and industries, and connecting non-traditional allies, the summit creates an opportunity for powerful ideas and fresh thinking to emerge that can drive change.
Jayne Van Hoen (Executive Director, Events at the Milken Institute) commented: “SPARK THINKING delivered our London Summit last year. The team at SPARK THINKING understood our audience and objectives and translated this insight into a meaningful and compelling event environment that facilitated high level discussions and networking to help amplify the work of the institute across Europe. Working in partnership with SPARK THINKING we have used the successful platform from 2016 and developed and enhanced it for 2017. We wanted to ensure that it was thematically relevant to the audience and at the same time future-focused because as a global think tank we have to stay ahead of the fast-paced change in the macro and micro ecosystems we operate within. We are looking forward to another successful London Summit and strengthening the Milken Institute’s growing position in the European market.”
Luke Flett (Global Client Relationship Director at SPARK THINKING) said: “We are delighted with our continuing partnership with the Milken Institute and to be delivering their prestigious London Summit again. The discussions that take place at the summit are carefully designed to spark thinking in new directions so we see it as a perfect brand alignment. We pride ourselves on keeping abreast of the external trends that might impact our clients’ business and this allows us to add real value to the event communications activity we deliver not only for the institute but for all of our clients.”
Flett added “In 2017 we have also supported event activity for the institute in Asia and are delighted to announce that in addition to the London Summit we have been appointed to deliver the inaugural Milken Institute MENA Summit (Middle East and North Africa) that will take place in Abu Dhabi in February 2018. It is an exciting time and our agency are committed to supporting their mission of working towards creating a better future.”
